About You: You use LOGIC in your decision making and understand that progress is critical to making change. You focus on the execution of your content while balancing a fast-paced environment and you take the time to celebrate both the small relevant certifications (e.g., CEBS, CCP) a plus. 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and compensation analysis, preferably in a mid-sized and fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of HR compliance, compensation practices, and benefits regulations. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly to employees at all levels. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
