What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree and experience in data analysis, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS systems and/or total rewards analysis, analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience building, scaling, and automating technical tools and processes
Nice to Have
Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software, Familiarity with Workday or other HR systems, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, Knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and compliance requirements, Experience in the aerospace or technology sectors
What You'll Do.
Provide analytical and audit support for compensation and benefits programs including
but not limited to open enrollment
systems implementations
Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings
Assist with the preparation of budget and spend reports for Total Rewards programs
Support audits and compliance reviews for compensation and benefits programs to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations
Perform regular audits and reconciliations data between multiple HRIS
and benefit vendors to ensure accuracy
Work with EIS to troubleshoot benefit integration issues and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely resolution and accurate data flow
Support the preparation and submission of compensation and benefits surveys and reports
Proactively identify data integrity issues through data scrubbing
Provide analytical support related to the rollout of data integrity reports
Investigate and determine root cause of data issues
Provide recommendations for solving future data integrity issues
Work with vendors to update their reports with accurately updated data
Provide analytical support for M&A activities related to the
Assist in the development of integration strategies and checklists for compensation and benefits programs
Support the job offer creation process and ensure accurate data integration during M&A transactions
Develop process maps and SOPs related to P&C and M&A processes to assist with M&A integrations
