What You'll Do.
Assist in the preparation
and repair of production tooling
Support Toolmakers during planned and unplanned maintenance activities
Clean tooling and support preventative maintenance processes
Clean and repair tooling ancillary items
Learn to identify tooling issues and support corrective actions
Support machining of components using lathes
Assist with tool assembly
Support basic inspection using micrometers
and height indicators
Maintain a clean and organised work area following 5S principles

Working closely with experienced Toolmakers, this role supports the Toolroom in ensuring tools are maintained, repaired, and prepared to meet production requirements.
