Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market. **Job Responsibilities:** **Education and/or Experience:** * Must have high school diploma or GED * Post high school tooling/machining program preferred **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** * Must have good organizational skills * Intermediate proficiency in computer operations * Must exhibit high integrity and honesty * Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, diagrams, requirements and business correspondences * Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts as appropriate * Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions * Knowledge of safe and proficient use of lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses and saws * Must be proficient in bench Repair, Assembly, Machinery Up-Keep, Layout, Die Repair, Inspection, Press Troubleshooting, Tooling Design, Quality Control, Die and/or Fixture Building, Welding and Heat Treating **Physical Demands:** Per functional job description **Environmental Conditions:** General factory environment.
