You’ll get to: Under supervision learn to read blueprints, use gages and equipment for the purpose of making and reworking header and secondary tooling for fastener manufacturing. Utilize and understand the purpose and operation of required toolroom equipment. Capable of making header tooling and set-ups to die prints with minimal supervision to meet necessary quality and productivity requirements for heading and secondary departments. Reads all manufacturing and tooling blueprints and select and prepare necessary tools to meet print tolerances. Maintains back-up tooling required to eliminate header downtime and enhance production efficiencies. Follows schedules and prioritizes duties based on needs and productivity requir
