Experience designing and delivering data platforms, reporting solutions, or MI dashboards, experience in data engineering, data modelling, or analytics within complex environments, Experience working with operational resilience, risk, or regulatory reporting data, knowledge of data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data integration), Experience with data visualisation and dashboard tools (e. g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar), Expertise in data modelling, data structures, and information architecture, understanding of data quality frameworks, controls, and validation techniques, Experience with metrics design (KRIs/KPIs) and data-driven reporting frameworks, analytical and problem-solving capability, Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, Ability to lead delivery and influence across technical and business teams, Continuous improvement mindset with focus on innovation and automation, Right to work in the UK

Nice to Have

Undergraduate degree in Data, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, Professional certifications in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Governance frameworks, Experience delivering end-to-end data solutions (ingestion, transformation, visualisation), Knowledge of data governance and regulatory requirements (e. g.
