Above all, employees will be provided the opportunity to seek, speak, and listen within the organization, and they are encouraged to share externally with each Boeing customer to build balanced work relationships. **_Position Responsibilities:_** * Fabricate, maintain, modify, & install various forms of tooling, such as production assembly jigs, engineering test fixtures, fabrication equipment, etc. in collaboration with engineering design teams, production operations, and production engineering * Develop, prepare and maintain all documentation related to the design, fabrication, and usage of various tooling items and their respective associated calibration equipment * Program, setup, and machine parts on 3 and 5 axis mills, lathes, and live tooling lathes * Utilize manual equipment to fabricate or modify various tooling components (Examples: Bridgeport mill, manual lathe, surface grinder, drill press, etc.) * Other responsibilities to include Equipment Maintenance & Calibration, Blueprint Reading, CNC machining, Welding, Composites Modification, Tooling Inspection, Laser Tracking, CMM and Portable Arm ** _Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):_** * 1+ years’ experience working in a machining environment * 1+ years’ experience as a machine operator CNC programs * Experience using complete set of toolmaker shop equipment (milling, lathe, precision, grinding, polishing, and fitting) * 1+ years’ experience with 5-Axis & 3-Axis NC/CNC Milling Machine * High School diploma or GED
