Minimum 10~15 years of stamping tooling experience, 5+ years in technical leadership or team management, experience in galvanized sheet stamping (1. 0–2. 5mm), Proven experience in enclosure products (chassis, covers, brackets), Hands-on experience in progressive, transfer, and single-operation die, Experience in developing deep drawing/complex forming molds, The entire process of mold development (design → manufacturing → trial mold → mass production)
