This role involves assisting senior engineers in various stages of the tooling lifecycle, ensuring precision and quality in manufacturing processes. Job Responsibilities** * Assist in the design and development of EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) tooling using CAD/CAM software. * Support the fabrication, assembly, and testing of EDM tooling components. * Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of EDM machinery and tooling. * Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize EDM processes for efficiency and quality. * Document tooling designs, specifications, and maintenance procedures. * Conduct quality inspections of manufactured EDM tooling to ensure adherence to specifications. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling design and manufacturing. * Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all company safety policies. * Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality departments. * Learn and apply new EDM technologies and techniques as they emerge.
