Nice to Have
Journeyman tool maker certifications, tool making certifications
What You'll Do.
Oversee all aspects of a tool room
Support production needs
Implement corrective action
Deliver high-quality output
Maintain machinery and equipment safely
Operate machinery and equipment safely
Lead tool room employees
Motivate tool room employees
Coach tool room employees
Assign daily activities of tool room personnel
Regain cavitation as needed
Ensure work orders are assigned
Ensure work orders are completed properly
Review new mold designs
Provide feedback on mold functionality
Provide feedback on part manufacturability
Inspect cavities for wear
Inspect cavities for damage
Inspect cavities for blockages
Provide hands-on assistance
