You will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY. The Tool & Fixture Design Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role plays a key part in designing and implementing tooling and fixtures, programming and supporting CAM systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across production operations **As a Tool & Fixture Design Engineer, here’s what you’ll do:** * Design, develop, and validate production tooling, jigs, and fixtures to support machining and assembly processes * Create detailed drawings and CAD models for tooling and fixturing using standard engineering design software * Collaborate with machining, quality, and production teams to ensure tooling meets process capability and repeatability requirements * Oversee fabrication, testing, and continuous improvement of tooling and fixtures * Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products * Analyze production workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and quality enhancement * Support production troubleshooting and resolve manufacturing issues in a timely manner * Collaborate with design engineering teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability (DFM) * Lead process planning, including routi
