Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market. **Job Responsibilities:** * Serve as a lead technical resource for complex die repairs and troubleshooting * Support emergency tooling repairs to minimize production downtime * Assist with die tryouts, modifications, and continuous improvement activities * Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to resolve tooling-related issues * Identify opportunities to improve die performance, reliability, and scrap reduction * Support new die launches and engineering changes as required * Maintain accurate tooling repair and maintenance documentation * Ensure proper tooling handling, storage, and preventive maintenance practices * Uphold and promote safety, quality, and 5S standards in the tool room * Provide guidance and on-the-job support to Tool & Die Maker I and apprentices * Perform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations ## **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
