Dream big and create the future of mobility at Magna Powertrain. **Job Responsibilities:** **Compensation Range: $38-41 per hour** **Hiring Shift: Night** **PRIMARY FUNCTION** * Build and maintain tools as defined by toolroom manager * Develops new dies; advanced trouble-shooting and problem-solving solution skills; makes changes to meet or exceed quoted rates and improve product capability * Manages the spare parts inventory and its control system * Continuous improvement **QUALIFICATIONS** * Valid Ontario tool & die maker certificate with proof of valid apprenticeship or master tool and die certificate or equivalent European apprenticeship and tool and die “meisterbrief” * Minimum of 7 years experience in fineblanking of performed parts, advanced transfer dies and deep draw * Experience in maintenance and die acceptance in including approval * Grade 12 education & college apprenticeship program or equivalent Europ
