Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market. **Job Responsibilities:** Starting payrate is $36.50+. **Requirements** : · **Must be a certified Journeyman in Tool and Die or equivalent to 10 + years of experience in Tool & Die**. · Must be able to work either **2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm)** or **3rd s****hift (11:00pm-7:30am; Sunday night/Monday morning through Thursday night/Friday morning)** and be available to work every 3rd weekend and overtime as needed. **Job Responsibilities** : · Attain safety, quality and productivity goals · Repair and maintain production tools and dies · Construct new tools and dies as required · Verify conformance of machined or repaired dies to specifications by checking dimensions, clearances and alignments · Troubleshoot problems during production · Modify dies to conform to engineering changes; conduct tryouts of new dies · Work to blueprints, sketches, written and verbal instructions · Maintain and update equipment records, schematics, blueprints and files in orderly fashion · Operate lift truck, overhead crane, floor scrubber and equipment to wash dies · Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications** : · Able to work well with others; build
