Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance, U. Leading the team that achieves the highest combined production and recertification rates in the history of the program

Dividing the production and recertification efforts between three Associate Directors

Achieving individual contract success

Achieving Tomahawk program success

Managing shared factory resources

Leveraging procurement synergies

Supporting and driving AOP objectives and action plans

Maintaining a clear program execution methodology that provides clarity and visibility into execution status

Maintaining a positive team dynamic and the development of team leaders within the production leadership team

Partnering with other Production/Recert program managers to leverage shared factory resources

Implementing effective execution recovery plans for warranty management

Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with customer counterparts

Support proposal activities for follow-on work

Implementing and managing External EV requirements
