S. citizenship is required, Secret - Current Security Clearance - Active and existing security clearance required after day 1, Prior experience in influencing profit and loss of DoD contracts, Prior leadership/management experience, Prior experience working cross functionally (ex: Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, etc.), Prior experience in managing, tracking, and reporting metrics and progress through EAC reviews and periodic management reviews with internal and customer leadership, Prior experience that includes the execution of production or similar effort
Nice to Have
PM Level 5 Certified, understanding of Earned Value Management, Prior experience in the production and acceleration of munitions, Execution experience leading a team of mid-level leaders, proficiency in partnering with matrixed organizations, Proven track record of customer relationship building
What You'll Do.
Managing all efforts associated with executing FRP20/21 contract
Supplementing FRP18/19 Production Program Manager responsibilities with a primary focus on acceleration to maximize contract incentives
Achieving the highest combined production and recertification rates in the history of the program
Leading the team that achieves the highest combined production and recertification rates in the history of the program
Dividing the production and recertification efforts between three Associate Directors
Achieving individual contract success
Achieving Tomahawk program success
Managing shared factory resources
Leveraging procurement synergies
Supporting and driving AOP objectives and action plans
Maintaining a clear program execution methodology that provides clarity and visibility into execution status
Maintaining a positive team dynamic and the development of team leaders within the production leadership team
Partnering with other Production/Recert program managers to leverage shared factory resources
Implementing effective execution recovery plans for warranty management
Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with customer counterparts
Support proposal activities for follow-on work
Implementing and managing External EV requirements
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with and supplement the FRP18/19 Production Program Manager; Part of the leadership team responsible for leading the team; Divides the production and recertification efforts between three Associate Directors who will partner effectively; Partnering with other Production/Recert program managers to leverage shared factory resources; Working cross functionally (ex: Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, etc.); Partnering with matrixed organizations
