Full Job Description

Key responsibilities include: • Collaborate with site leadership on quality and Customer Experience metrics, including the root cause analysis of problem areas • Streamline logistics in the operation through the implementation of standard work and team leadership • Support and commit to all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates • Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools Key job responsibilities Operational Leadership: - Own all yard operations including TOM FC Operations, Hostler Duties, and Guard Shack Operations - Delegate supervision of different shifts to TOM Leads (TLs), who manage operations during off-core hours - Ensure proper training and address team needs so associates can focus on their jobs - Streamline logistics through implementation of standard work and team leadership Core Focus Areas: - Safety: Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates - Quality: Partner with Fulfillment Leadership on quality metrics and root cause analysis - Customer Experience: Relentlessly pursue opportunities to exceed customer expectations - Productivity: Optimize team performance and operational efficiency Strategic Initiatives - Lead change at light speed and drive innovation - Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools - Generate ideas and implement solutions to drive intelligent business decisions - Guide
