We are seeking a nurturing, attentive Infant Teacher who is passionate about creating a safe, loving environment where babies can grow, explore, and thrive. If you find joy in comforting, encouraging, and celebrating each child's unique milestones, we'd love to meet you. ## What You'll Do Create a warm, welcoming classroom where toddlers feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play, movement, creativity, and hands-on experiences. Support children's social-emotional development by modeling positive interactions, helping them build friendships, and guiding them through problem-solving opportunities. Foster language development through conversations, storytelling, songs, and daily interactions. Maintain a safe, healthy, and organized classroom environment that meets all licensing and company standards. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Build strong, collaborative relationships with families through regular communication and partnership. Work closely with fellow teachers and center leadership to create a positive and supportive learning community. Assist with daily routines including meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and transitions while promoting independence and self-help skills. ## What You'll Need to Succeed Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required Previous experience working in a toddler classroom, daycare, childcare center, or early childhood education setting preferred Strong understanding of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices Ability to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for infants Strong communication, teamwork, and professionalism CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day, including lifting,
