We are looking for a TMP Planner who enjoys working with plans, processes, and problem-solving. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) that support project delivery and safety requirements. This is a fully remote opportunity offering long-term stability, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to work on a variety of infrastructure projects. ### Key Responsibilities * Prepare Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) based on project requirements and site information. * Review project details and develop practical traffic management solutions. * Submit plans and required documents through approval and compliance systems. * Coordinate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates. * Monitor approvals, revisions, and deadlines to ensure projects stay on schedule. * Maintain accurate records, documentation, and version control of plans. * Ensure all plans meet safety, quality, and compliance requirements. * Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to improve planning processes and workflows. ### Work Setup * Permanent Work From Home * Must have a reliable computer and stable internet con
