What You'll Do.
Provide co-ordination and administrative support to the global account
focusing on property portfolio management and client services.
Ensuring data quality
preparing client reports
managing meeting documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Supporting Transaction and Estate Managers with various administrative tasks
coordinating meetings and managing client reporting.
Compliance and governance duties
such as KPI coordination
maintaining internal trackers and managing onboarding and offboarding process.
Prepare and coordinate some of the Transaction Management Client’s reporting.
Support Transaction Managers with Client Hub database maintenance.
Coordinate and manage regular operational and governance meetings (including meeting materials and minutes preparation).
Conduct sanity checks on reports
ensuring data accuracy
and logical coherence before final distribution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and compile regular business updates for client reporting.
Support the account team within compliance and governance area
including coordination of Estate Management KPI reporting and maintenance of internal trackers (i. e. annual reporting calendar).
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for account users (including active users distribution lists maintenance
