Join us and help shape the future of connectivity together. * Manages the Industrial Engineering Team within his structure * Organizes and carries out activities within his / her area of responsibility * Supports the Head of Production Engineering in planning resources & investments for his or her respective function / team (additional and replacements) * Supports the planning and management of investment budget for production equipment related to running production and or customer projects Development, planning, standardization and realization of equipment and production processes / procedures * Ensures the implementation of defined standards relating to equipment, processes, software and systems within the Plant Engineering organisation. * Conducts the implementation of lessons learned, best practice and actively shares the information within the Production Management network * Defines and performs training sessions for his/her team in order to improve skills and performance level * Provides support in escalation topics from projects /quality complaints * Escalates according to defined escalation paths * Provides regular reports to respective superior or customer project team Is responsible for People Management of the
