Respond to title requests and inquiries
Support First American Title offices
Serve as a point of contact
Act as a subject matter expert
Draft and maintain procedures
Ensure established procedures are followed
Promote continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor KPI reporting
Assist with mentoring and training team members
