This role performs a broad range of administrative and operational support duties that help facilitate efficient title processing and exceptional service to customers and internal partners. The ideal candidate has developing industry knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to complete most tasks independently with minimal supervision. **Key Responsibilities** * Collate, gather, and organize information related to title transactions and processes * Review documentation and validate data for accuracy and completeness * Respond to customer inquiries and provide support to external clients and field escrow offices * Coordinate with multiple parties to assist in resolving issues and ensuring timely completion of title process
