Full Job Description
Pay Range: $18-$20 hourly Vehicle Title Processing Experience Required About Us ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, currently operates in over 50 locations throughout the US. Our auto auctions, some up to 200 acres, provide a wide array of vehicle services, including repair, reconditioning, and auction remarketing, and many of our sites serve as market hub distribution centers. Our inventory comprises hundreds of thousands of vehicles across North America, from retail to commercial, OEM review odometer readings, release of liens, customer and payment status Identify and prepare titles to send to customers Accurately enter and update information in the internal databases. Process payments (no cash handling). Verify flooring plan payments. Maintain a filing system for titles and other documents. Run and review reports, customer worksheets, vehicle inventory, and title lists to identify Answer phones in a professional manner; discern the caller’s needs, respond, or transfer to the appropriate department. Make outbound telephone calls to customers regarding payment status and collections.
