1 Resource Group is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Timekeeper-Project to join our team in Bay Minette, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately tracking and recording employee work hours for various projects, ensuring timely and precise payroll processing. You will collaborate closely with project managers, payroll, and HR teams to maintain accurate timekeeping records. **Key Responsibilities:** * Record and maintain accurate employee time and attendance data for assigned projects. * Verify timesheets and resolve discrepancies or missing entries. * Coordinate with payroll and HR departments to ensure proper documentation and timely processing. * Monitor compliance with company policies and labor regulations related to work hours. * Prepare and submit reports related to timekeeping and attendance as required. * Assist in resolving employee time-related inquiries. * Maintain confidentiality of all employee records and information. **Requirements** **Requirements:** * Previous experience in timekeeping, payroll, or administrative roles preferred. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. * Good organizational and communication skills. * Proficiency with timekeeping systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * Reliable and able to meet deadlines. * High school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration training is a plus. $22.00-$24.00 hr DOE.
