Must Have
TikTok Shop seller operations experience, DTC operations experience, TSP/agency operations experience, Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center, Familiarity with Shopify, Comfortable with catalog optimization, Comfortable with listing optimization, Comfortable with PDP optimization, Comfortable with launch readiness workflows, Familiarity with affiliate operations, Familiarity with creator operations, Merchant-facing experience, Operationally strong, Able to create clean process documentation, Comfortable working with Product

Worked at TikTok Shop as AM, Worked at leading TSP/TikTok Shop Partner as AM, Worked at leading TSP/TikTok Shop Partner as operations lead, North America-based bilingual capability

Own day-to-day onboarding execution
Help merchants with store readiness
Help merchants with Seller Center setup
Help merchants with catalog readiness
Help merchants with listing QA
Help merchants with basic listing optimization
Teach merchants AfterShip Feed Listing
Teach merchants AfterShip Affiliates
Support early affiliate activation workflows
Run weekly merchant check-ins
Escalate product issues
Escalate integration issues
Maintain launch trackers
Document repeatable onboarding playbooks
Document repeatable growth playbooks
Translate merchant needs into product improvements
