Must Have
Several years of construction management experience in new and/or renovation projects, Experience in public construction projects, Suitable degree in construction engineering, AMK engineer, or construction master, RAV/RAP qualification, Excellent Finnish language skills, Previous experience in management and/or project manager roles
Nice to Have
Experience in industrial construction management, Experience in data center projects, Extensive network of construction professionals, Marketing-oriented approach
What You'll Do.
Develop own team's operations
Participate in construction and supervision management group
Participate in marketing and recruitment development
Manage own team's daily supervisory tasks
Process tenders and ensure work continuity
Perform project manager duties
Act as client representative and expert
Work closely with client interface
Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders
