Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed, Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching, Repetitive hand and arm movements, visual focus for precision work, Occasional Saturdays and additional hours as needed
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven TIG welding experience with aluminum and stainless steel, Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurements accurately, Familiarity with fabrication tools and shop equipment, Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, calculations), Ability to troubleshoot fabrication or welding issues independently, Comfortable working in a production-driven environment
Nice to Have
Attention to detail and craftsmanship, Reliable and self-motivated with good time management, Problem-solving mindset and sound decision-making skills, Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends
What You'll Do.
Perform TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel with a focus on clean
Fabricate and assemble components such as railings
and custom structures
and fit materials prior to welding
Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
and work instructions
Set up and operate fabrication tools including saws
and other shop equipment
Identify and resolve fit-up
and welding challenges during production
Maintain an organized and efficient work area
Move materials using pallet jacks or appropriate lifting equipment
Follow all safety guidelines and fabrication best practices
Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
Adapt to changing workloads and priorities as needed
