Nice to Have
CompTIA Security+ CE Certification, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, PowerShell, Virtualization Environments (VMware, Citrix), Profile management utilizing the VMware User Experience Management (UEM) toolset, Microsoft Exchange, Telephone/Video support, Networking
What You'll Do.
Provide Tier II support
Maintain multiple large Enterprise environments
Manage Windows and Linux workstations
Troubleshoot application functionality
Investigate user performance
Assist customers with Tier 2 incident resolution
Provide remote end user desktop support
Analyze and resolve system incidents
Respond to escalated service desk/team requests
Provide initial triage
and notifications for incidents
Participate in special projects
