2+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or SRE, Experience performing second‑level troubleshooting for system, application, or network issues, Experience using enterprise monitoring and incident management platforms such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or EMS, Experience with Linux or Windows system administration, Experience escalating and coordinating with Tier 3 teams for complex problem resolution, Ability to analyze logs, correlate events, and validate system‑level issues, Ability to work rotating round-the-clock shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, HS diploma or GED, Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date

Tier 2 Operations Support Specialist **The Opportunity:** Engineering to make a system more resilient and efficient frees up time and money to build more capabilities. As a site reliability engineer (SRE) on our team, you’ll help the Intelligence Community develop more robust systems by building a resilient infrastructure. You’ll build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible. You’ll reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self-repair.
