Eligibility Requirements

Must be able to stand for hours at a time at both indoor and outdoor events, Availability including nights, weekends, and university breaks, Required to travel to local and campus locations., May be required to sit to perform deskwork or type on a keyboard., Regularly required to hear and speak in order to effectively communicate orally., Regularly required to stand, walk, and climb stairs to move about the campus., Handle materials, reach overhead, kneel or stoop in order to conduct business., Regularly lift 10 or fewer pounds., Working environment also includes facilitation of events outdoors., Noise level is dependent on the event but please note that there will be times of high noise level., Proof of a valid driver’s license, an acceptable DMV record, LU Driving Approval, and liability insurance is required when driving in the performance of the employee’s position.

What You'll Do.

Works with various departments within Athletics to support each department.

Extensive customer contact via verbal and written communication.

Process ticket orders using ticket software and equipment along with cash handling and settlement.

Event set-up and breakdown of assigned events.

Ticket taking/scanning at both indoor and outdoor events.

Office errands and needs for the department.

Strictly adheres to Liberty University policies

representing the University in an exemplary manner.
