At least eight years’ experience in cyber threat intelligence operations, Experience in managing operational teams (leadership, training and development across the performance evaluation), Experience in managing threat assessments and risk reports, Experience with the detection and exploitation of security vulnerabilities, Experience analyzing technical data across different technologies, Experience in Threat Intelligence operations at a tactical and strategic level, Experience managing complex risks, Fluent German language skills, Very good English language skills, Communication skills, Influencing skills

What You'll Do.

## _**Job Description:**_ **Über die Rolle** Die Threat-Intelligence-Funktion ist Teil von CSO Governance, Business Services, Threat & Strategy (GBTS). Ihr Auftrag ist es, Bedrohungen zu identifizieren und frühzeitig zu erkennen, die Auswirkungen auf die Deutsche Bank – ihre Mitarbeitenden, Vermögenswerte, Prozesse und Interessen – haben könnten. Threat Intelligence bewertet und kommuniziert relevante Erkenntnisse an Stakeholder, sodass diese fundierte Maßnahmen ergreifen können, um Auswirkungen zu verhindern oder zu minimieren. Als Teil des Threat-Intelligence-Teams ist der/die Regional Lead für sämtliche operativen Aktivitäten sowie die Koordination innerhalb der verantworteten Region zuständig. Die Rolle umfasst primär die Identifikation von Cyberbedrohungen, erfordert jedoch auch ein breites Verständnis geopolitischer Entwicklungen und Einflussfaktoren, die sich sowohl auf die Cyber- als auch auf die physische Bedrohungslage auswirken können. Der/die Regional Lead berichtet an den Global Head – jede Region verfügt über eine/n eigene/n Lead im Rahmen eines „Follow-the-Sun“-Modells. **Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten** * Steuerung aller regionalen Teamaktivitäten auf strategischer und operativer Ebene (Operations, Mitarbeitende, Prozesse) sowie aktive Anleitung, Unterstützung und Feedback für Teammitglieder zur Steigerung der operativen Effektivität * Proaktive Identifikation und Priorisierung von Bedrohungen aus verschiedenen Quellen sowie Identifikation technischer Threat Intelligence (z.B.
