What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least eight years’ experience in cyber threat intelligence operations, Experience in managing operational teams (leadership, training and development across the performance evaluation), Experience in managing threat assessments and risk reports, Experience with the detection and exploitation of security vulnerabilities, Experience analyzing technical data across different technologies, Experience in Threat Intelligence operations at a tactical and strategic level, Experience managing complex risks, Fluent German language skills, Very good English language skills, Communication skills, Influencing skills
Nice to Have
Relevant Cybersecurity certifications (e.g. CISSP, SANS)
What You'll Do.
Supervise all regional team activities at a strategic and operational level (operations, people, processes), Provide active guidance, support and feedback to team members, Proactively identify and prioritize threats from a range of intelligence sources, Identify technical threat intelligence (e.g.
IOC’s) to drive protection and broader defensive activities, Develop and maintain a strategic and operational view of the threat landscape, Develop strategic regional operational plans towards emerging threats and geo-political risks, Ensure the timely completion of threat assessments to a high and consistent standard, Produce accurate and timely reporting at both strategic and operational level, Present intelligence to inform and influence decision making, Represent Threat Intelligence across various engagements (e.g.
CISO Council meetings).
