What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in related field, 2+ years of work experience as a Thought Leader Liaison in Hematology-oncology or rare disease, Additional product marketing, or medical/clinical experience of same or related therapeutic area within the pharmaceuticaliotech industry, Ability to partner with cross-functional teams toward a shared vision of success, Ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups, targeting presentation to the needs of the audience, organizational skills, project management experience, including superior analytical and planning skills, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, Ability to execute strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines, Ability to travel to meetings/training/programs as necessary, Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
MBA or MS degree in business/clinical/science, Marketing experience, Leadership track record
What You'll Do.
Support Brand Strategic Initiatives
KOL Engagement and Advocacy Development
Communications - internal and external
Provide feedback on strategy
and tactical execution
Facilitate cross-functional planning
and execution of advisory boards
cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs
Attend National/Regional hematology-oncology congresses
Create and execute aligned with the brand team
Provide competitive intelligence and general insights
Managing execution of executive leadership engagement encounters
Manages regional congresses
Serve as a resource for field teams managing local conferences
Maximize regional congress activity
