What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3–5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, payroll, treasury, payments, or similar operational finance roles, Excel skills, solid Power Query experience, Experience working with reconciliations, financial data, and operational controls, attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly, Comfortable taking ownership and operating autonomously, Clear communication skills in English, Process-improvement mindset, Comfortable using AI/tools to improve efficiency and solve problems

Nice to Have

Power BI experience, Experience with Xero, Pleo, Wise, or similar finance tools, Experience working across multiple countries/entities, Experience supporting or improving operational finance processes in scaling businesses, Comfortable operating in fast-moving, international environments

What You'll Do.

Own core finance operations

and operational finance processes

and reviews across financial data and operational workflows

Investigate inconsistencies

resolve issues proactively

and improve reliability across processes

Use Excel and Power Query to structure

and improve finance data

Help automate manual tasks and create more scalable ways of working

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with People Ops, external accountants, payroll providers, and teams across the business; Collaborate across the business; Work closely with Finance, People Ops, external accountants, payroll providers, and operational teams; Work closely with stakeholders across the business
