What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in Operations, Vendor Management, or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Experience within a regulated financial, FinTech, or SaaS environment, Regulatory knowledge (DORA): particularly its pillars relating to ICT third-party risk management, incident reporting, and resilience testing, Deep understanding of vendor due diligence, SLA formulation, and transitioning operational controls from detective to preventive models, Fluent in English and German (B2)

Own end-to-end third-party operational lifecycle
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
Lead ICT third-party risk management controls
Maintain Register of Information
Conduct regular vendor risk assessments
Develop joint business continuity plans
and track KPIs and SLAs
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
Design operational dashboards
Design seamless operational workflows
Transition reactive controls to automated systems
Map and document product setups

In this role, you will own the end-to-end operational lifecycle of our critical vendors, external partners, and outsourced service providers. A critical component of this role is ensuring our third-party ecosystem is highly resilient and fully compliant with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
