As a Thin Films Process Development Engineer, you will be responsible for starting and improving thin film fabrication processes. This includes work from pilot phase to full-scale manufacturing. You will work closely with engineering teams and external material providers. Your role involves solving complex problems, driving yield improvements, and improving product performance and dependability! Responsibilities: * Lead the startup, development, and optimization of thin film process formulations to systematically improve product quality and reliability. * Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex assembly and fabrication process problems by applying structured failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, and SPC/FDC methodologies. * Coordinate and implement process, equipment, and material evaluations to implement continuous improvements at critical process steps. * Drive site-to-site process portability and handle new process baseline qualifications for seamless new product introductions (NPI). * Partner with and audit global material suppliers to successfully achieve quality, cost, and comprehensive risk management objectives. * Compile and evaluate rigorous test data to define processing requirements, operational limits, and material specifications. * Collaborate with engineering and scientific personnel to review design requirements and ensure
