This Research & Development center employs over 1,180 people working on the development of Advanced Driving Assistance Systems (ADAS), connectivity solutions, human-machine interfaces and vehicle cabin monitoring systems. **The Thermal Department at Smart Cockpit** , which is responsible for thermal design and the validation of robust technical solutions for Valeo’s modern display systems, is currently seeking a **Thermal Simulation Engineer M/F**. Working closely with various engineering disciplines (optics, mechanical, electrical, systems, validation, and software), I will be responsible for identifying the best technical and financial trade-offs while optimizing the product’s thermal performance, reducing thermal risks, and minimizing costs to ensure we remain competitive. **Your challenges ?** * Design and develop thermal solutions for complex mechatronic systems containing high-power-density components * Optimize product thermal management by taking into account all physical aspects governing the process (optical, mechanical, and electronic) using FEA and CFD * Conduct thermal tests to validate product robustness and compliance with customer requirements
