What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-5+ years thermal design experience, B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Demonstrated experience in heat transfer, Demonstrated experience in thermal analysis, Demonstrated experience in thermal management, Ability to perform heat transfer analysis, Ability to plan and coordinate thermal testing, Proven experience designing thermal management subsystems, Ability to work across team boundaries, Ability to be on-site at Agility’s design facility
Nice to Have
Advanced degree in engineering or science, Advanced degree in robotics, Thermal management experience with batteries, Thermal management experience with electronics, Thermal management experience with motors
