What You'll Do.
Provide education and training for HCPs
and evaluate training sessions
Provide first line phone/on site clinical/technical support
Troubleshoot equipment and products
Seek support from relevant business members
Facilitate timely and accurate resolution to customer issues
and deliver workshops
Use pre-approved training educational materials
Keep accurate records of educational activities
Document all trainings as per policy
Support sales organization
Coordinate and follow up on inquiries
Train new PD patients on ESRD
Train APD patients on Baxter's PD cycler
Troubleshoot PD cycler
Implement patient retention programs
Perform quality home visits for renal patients
Send home visit assessments to HCPs
Reinforce treatment expectations
Review potential product benefits and side effects
Report adverse events and quality issues
Comply with all company policies and procedures

Plans, prepares, implements and evaluates training sessions in both formal and informal modes to promote competence and confidence in the use of Baxter products and therapies. * Provides first line phone and/or on site clinical / technical support / troubleshooting for equipment and products on an ad hoc basis to promote competence and confidence in the use of Baxter products and therapies. * Seeks support from the relevant member of the Business on an as required basis to facilitate timely and accurate resolution to customer perceived issues. * Plans, prepares, promotes, attends and delivers workshops, seminars and conferences as required. At all times only using pre-approved training educational materials. * Keeps accurate records of all educational activities.
