## **JOB DESCRIPTION:** **Make an impact in Heart Failure care** Abbott’s Heart Failure division is growing, and we are seeking a **Therapy Development Manager** to drive therapy adoption, build strong clinical partnerships and support the expansion of innovative Heart Failure programs across Sweden — and, where needed, the broader Nordic region. **What you will do** As Therapy Development Manager, you will: * Support the development of priority Heart Failure centers and drive therapy adoption in the region. * Achieve sales and market growth targets through structured account planning and execution. * Build and maintain strong relationships with Heart Failure cardiologists, cardiac surgeons and hospital teams. * Identify new business opportunities and deliver solutions that improve outcomes for clinicians and patients. * Collaborate with clinical, technical and cross‑functional teams to ensure excellent customer service. * Manage pricing processes, forecasts, reporting and customer follow‑up with high operational discipline. **What you bring** * 4+ years’ experience in the medical device industry, ideally within cardiology or other high‑acuity specialties. * Strong clinical understanding of cardiac anatomy and cath lab / OR workflows. * Proven sales success within a competitive market is essential for the role * Ability to build long‑term partnerships and manage complex portfolios. * Strong communication, planning and organizational skills. * Fluent in English and Swedish * Comfort working in a matrixed, international environment with frequent travel (up to 70%). **Working at Abbott** At Abbott, you can do work that matters, grow and learn, care for yourself and your family, be your true self, and live a full life.
