Must Have

Demonstrated experience in Pharma marketing or sales, understanding of market ethical rules, Excellent communication skills, Exposure to complex projects with multiple stakeholders, Proficiency in English, Bachelor’s degree in a bioscience/management/marketing

Experience with multicultural business environments, MBA or equivalent, Leadership experience, Established relationships with country rare disease field stakeholders, Understanding of local market access dynamics and institutional decision‑making

What You'll Do.

Lead the execution of our Rare Disease strategy

Deliver in‑market performance in Latvia

Development and implementation of brand strategy within assigned brands and business units

Ensure impactful cross-functional teamwork

Coordinate market activities country-wide

Act as the primary driver for brand strategies and patient journey mapping

Own the yearly brand planning business process for your portfolio

Ensure the local adaptation and approval of disease awareness/marketing materials

Develop localized campaigns

Manage production and agency relationships

Generate market insights

Create promotional and educational content

Plan segmentation and targeting

Collaborate with Medical to foster relationships with local KEEs and patient organizations

Analyze market developments and health policy trends

and evaluate account plans with the cross-functional team

Visiting and engaging key customers (30% of time)

Ensure tasks are completed to high quality standards

Ensure compliance with procedures

and internal standards
