Own the yearly brand planning business process for your portfolio
Ensure the local adaptation and approval of disease awareness/marketing materials
Develop localized campaigns
Manage production and agency relationships
Generate market insights
Create promotional and educational content
Plan segmentation and targeting
Collaborate with Medical to foster relationships with local KEEs and patient organizations
Analyze market developments and health policy trends
and evaluate account plans with the cross-functional team
Visiting and engaging key customers (30% of time)

As a Therapy Area Manager (TAM) in Rare Diseases, your role will be vital in the development and implementation of brand strategy within assigned brands and business units, ensuring impactful cross-functional teamwork.
