What You'll Do.

Maintain case records confidential

Complete psychosocial evaluations
Assess psychological disorders
Prepare clinical summaries
Make treatment recommendations
Interpret psychological or psychiatric case information
Assist with data and statistics recordation
Serve as program liaison
Adhere to University and unit-level policies
Safeguard University assets
Provide maternal child health education
Provide psychosocial counseling services
Provide program enrollment
Provide psychosocial screenings/assessments
Provide psychosocial counseling
Provide wraparound services
Provide parenting education
Provide breastfeeding support
Provide tobacco cessation
Provide other psychosocial and referral services
Provide crisis intervention
Provide referrals to caregivers
Conduct ongoing individual and group psychoeducation
Conduct ongoing counseling sessions
Provide case management services
Provide care coordination services
Provide group educational services
Attend programmatically required training
Attend staff meetings
Adhere to program protocols
Complete required paper and electronic documentation
Assist in quality assurance of service delivery
Complete agency reports
Comply with program performance measures
Perform other organizational/support duties
