Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Master's degree preferred, Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in specialty product management and pharmaceutical fieldforce leadership roles, successes in managing specialty/rare disease product launches and fostering market-building capabilities in Vietnam

Manage the nationwide specialty fieldforce team

Train and mentor fieldforce teams on product science
and access strategies.
Set performance goals
and drive consistent achievement of commercial and patient-related objectives across the fieldforce.
Develop and implement leadership and training programs to strengthen fieldforce capabilities.
Establish relationships with key HCOs
and external partners to further disease awareness and support patient access initiatives.
Collaborate with Medical
and regional/global teams to align strategies and share best practices.
Ensure successful account activation and support hospital-level initiatives.
Oversee adherence to GSK policies
Vietnamese regulations
and reimbursement protocols across all activities.
