What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or related field, Minimum 3 years of recent experience in Hepatology or proven success launching products in competitive markets, working knowledge of scientific research study interpretation and functional data analysis techniques, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals, physicians, and hospital stakeholders, Proven ability to build and maintain a network of healthcare stakeholders and access to physician networks, Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills with exposure to cross-functional teams (medical, marketing, government affairs), Self-starter with ability to work autonomously and drive business growth, Results-oriented with ability to proactively identify opportunities and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes, High learning agility and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments, Willingness and ability to travel extensively within a large geography while optimizing travel efficiency (minimizing windshield time), Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Nice to Have
Advanced scientific degree or equivalent experience, Knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including local market dynamics and provider networks within the territory, Experience working with Hepatology centers
