Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs., Frequent standing, walking and reaching around the theater., Noise level may be moderate to high at times., Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time., Must work at least 40 hours per week, Availability to work flexible hours which include evenings, weekends, and holidays

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Must be at least 18 years of age, Must work as an Assistant Manager for a minimum of 6 months in a theatre environment, Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program, and passing of the Comprehensive Assessment testing process., Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required, Management members who work with alcohol are required to complete a Safe Alcohol Service training program, Availability to work flexible hours which include evenings, weekends, and holidays (Must work at least 40 hours per week), Requires regular and consistent attendance, Has an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift, Provides excellent Guest service, Accurate cash handling and basic math skills, Interpersonal skills include the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all ages, genders, and personalities. Must be able to effectively and regularly converse in and comprehend English, Ability to work in a team environment and independently, Ability to take and follow direction, Responds with a sense of urgency, Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail, Ability to train and lead others, Must be able to resolve conflict

Nice to Have

High School or G. E. D. graduate preferred, Senior Assistant Manager experience preferred

What You'll Do.

Assist the General Manager in the operation of the theatre

Participate in Team Member training

Participate in management team training

Participate in building maintenance

Participate in cash control

Completion of reports

Personally perform and/or effectively oversee all job functions in the theatre

Work in all departments and all theatre job functions

Act as the ‘Manager On Duty’ in the General Manager’s absence

Train and coach Team Members in their specific job functions

Assist in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager

Assist the General Manager with monthly inventories and product orders

Observe and participate in the inspection of the theatre building

roof and exterior signage

and equipment condition

Report the need for building

and equipment repairs to the General Manager

Follow the policies and procedures as established in Cinemark’s guidelines

Enforce policies and procedures with all Team Members fairly and consistently

Report Employee relations issues to and handled by the General Manager

Ensure that theatre Team Members follow the dress code

Interact with Guests for improved service in the theatre

Ensure that Team Members are providing excellent Customer service

Consistently identify and sanitize Employee and Guest high-contact areas

Properly address any safety or security issues

Properly utilize Personal Protective Equipment while completing position specific tasks

Adapt to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks

Perform other work-related duties as assigned
