If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary **Support the Planning team in the daily execution and analysis of production and/or demand planning activities within a metal-mechanical manufacturing environment.** This role will help ensure accurate planning, data integrity, and operational support by maintaining reports, analyzing indicators, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. **The Planning Intern (****Metalworking****)** will be based in ** _Guadalajara, North Campus_** **Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:** • Support the creation, update, and maintenance of production and/or demand plans. • Track plan compliance (plan vs. actual) and support follow-up activities. • Maintain and update planning reports using Excel and internal systems (e.g., Kinaxis, Baan). • Analyze data to identify risks or improvement opportunities related to capacity, demand, and inventory. • Support load balancing and capacity validation (headcount, machinery). • Assist in the generation and maintenance of dashboards and KPIs (Tableau). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Purchasing, and Logistics. • Support process documentation and operational improvements. **Here is some of what you’ll need (required):** • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. • Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables). • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. • Interest in supply chain, production planning, and data analysis. • Ability to organize
