What You'll Do.
Complete needed repairs and improvements to apartment homes
Ensure apartment homes have been properly caulked and sealed
Inspect all sheetrock for damage
Perform touch-up paints for vacant and occupied units
Assist in maintaining the grounds
Support cost-cutting and expense control programs
Complete make-ready checklist and all other required maintenance documentation
Comply with Greystar’s safety and risk-management policies
Demonstrate customer services skills
