Join our team of innovators and help shape the future of sustainable data centers while building a career without boundaries. ## Key Accountabilities • Manage end-to-end delivery of tenant fit-out (TFO) projects from lease negotiations through commissioning and turnover. • Own schedule, budget, scope, and risk for assigned projects. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, design, construction, commissioning, and operations. • Serve as the primary customer contact during the fit-out phase, leading all meeting and correspondence with the customer. • Lead design reviews to validate tenant requirements and constructability. • Oversee contractor performance, change management, and cost controls. Manage the change control process with our customer Drive safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all activities. Support commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness. ## Data Center Responsibilities Manage TFO scopes involving the fitout of a data hall and the intricacies of UPS systems, generators, switchgear, PDUs, and cooling systems.
